Lace Your Face Facial Mask

I led the packaging redesign for Dermovia’s flagship collection, Lace Your Face, a line of innovative lace sheet masks that gained national attention after being featured on Shark Tank. As the brand’s hero product, the goal was to modernize and elevate the packaging while maintaining the identity that loyal customers recognize. The updated design reflects a more refined and clinical aesthetic, aligning with the brand’s evolution and positioning in the skincare market.

Market Research, Conceptualization, and Mockup

I explored multiple design iterations throughout the development process, incorporating feedback from cross-functional team members, including executives, buyers, and sales representatives. This collaborative approach ensured the final packaging not only aligned with Dermovia’s brand vision but also met the expectations of retail partners and resonated with target consumers.

Prototyping and Development

As part of the redesign process, I explored and tested various box dimensions and material finishes to ensure both functionality and shelf appeal. Through rounds of sampling and internal review, I evaluated structural integrity, visual impact, and cost efficiency. After careful consideration and feedback from key stakeholders, we finalized a packaging solution that balanced aesthetic appeal with practicality and was well-received by the entire team.
